SUPERUNICA is an automatic weighing system designed to ensure precision, hygiene, and safety in dosing operations for ingredients used in the preparation of recipes and batches in the food industry.
The system consists of a series of independent storage silos installed in a modular structure. Beneath the silos runs a trolley equipped with an electronic weighing scale. Each module of the structure can accommodate silos of varying capacities (300, 150, 100, and 50 liters), which can be loaded by gravity or vacuum using a vacuum pump.
Each silo is fitted with a patented screw/vibration dosing system (Lawer patent) at its base, allowing for fast and precise dispensing of powdered ingredients. Buckets are loaded and unloaded automatically via roller paths, and each bucket is identified and tracked using an ID-TAG system.
At the end of the weighing cycle, the data for each recipe is printed on an identifying receipt. The system is enclosed in a fully sealed box, prepared for connection to an external air conditioning system, ensuring complete isolation and maintaining ideal operating conditions even in challenging environments (high humidity, temperature fluctuations, drafts, or dusty conditions).
